Build PowerShell and Graph automations, maintain runbooks, track compliance and vulnerabilities, support ISO, SOC II, and HITRUST assessments, and coordinate changes through ServiceNow.

Lead end-to-end Prophix One FP&A and CPM implementations for enterprise finance clients, from discovery and solution design through configuration, training, go-live, and hypercare. Manage multiple complex engagements, timelines, risks, scope, and commercial outcomes while advising CFO- and VP-level stakeholders. Serve as an escalation point, mentor consultants, support presales, improve delivery methodologies, and embed AI-assisted workflows.

Leads North American Professional Services consultants and Solution Architects delivering Prophix One implementations and migrations. Oversees project timelines, scope, quality, margins, risks, client satisfaction, capacity planning, and delivery standards. Hires, coaches, and develops team members while serving as a senior escalation point. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and leadership on client engagements, scoping, handoffs, and portfolio health. The hybrid role requires finance software implementation experience, project management expertise, AI workflow adoption, and occasional client travel.

Designs Prophix One solutions by translating client requirements into technical system designs. Manage full B2B sales cycles, maintain pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy, build relationships with CFOs and finance leaders, conduct executive business reviews, and collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Legal, and Cloud teams to close expansion deals.

Lead a global Customer Success organization responsible for retention, growth, customer health, adoption, renewals, and strategic account relationships. Build scalable cross-product strategies, playbooks, processes, and metrics while coaching managers and developing organizational depth. Partner with Product, Sales, Professional Services, and Revenue Operations to improve customer outcomes and commercial performance. Report portfolio insights to executives, manage escalations, support expansion opportunities, and leverage AI, customer platforms, and data-driven programs.
