Oversee AML policies, controls, KYC/CDD/EDD processes, fraud monitoring, suspicious activity investigations, SAR/STR reporting, audits, regulatory examinations, remediation, training, and regulator relationships. Lead the SAR/STR committee and collaborate with Legal, Payments, Fraud, Risk, and other stakeholders to interpret regulations and implement compliant business processes.
