Conduct account investigations, skip tracing, and OSINT searches to locate individuals and assets supporting collections and recovery. Analyze account activity, identify fraud indicators and discrepancies, validate information, document findings, and follow leads through resolution. Collaborate with Collections and Recovery teams while communicating professionally and complying with company policies, legal requirements, and privacy regulations.
