Lead enterprise transformation programs across the Transformation Management Office portfolio. Responsibilities include integrated planning, governance, roadmap ownership, budget and risk management, dependency coordination, vendor oversight, executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, Agile delivery, change adoption, and team leadership. The role manages cross-functional workstreams, coaches project managers, tracks KPIs, supports strategic decision-making, and drives continuous improvement through AI tools and automation.

Lead strategic policy research, foresight, and evidence-based advice to inform Mitacs's strategy, programs, and funding proposals. Conduct jurisdictional analyses, translate evaluation data into program recommendations, co-author funding proposals, and communicate impact to government and partners to support organizational transformation.
