Lead a team of operational trainers to deliver onboarding, ongoing, and project-specific training. Oversee training materials, deployment of new projects, identify skill gaps, run upskilling/reskilling initiatives, track compliance and effectiveness, and collaborate with Operations, HR, and L&D to align training to business needs.
