A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle
  • Develop, maintain and manage the internal employee pool to quickly respond to operational needs and prioritize internal resources
  • Mobilize, assign and confirm human resources to operations based on daily needs, station priorities and employee availability
  • Maintain daily communication with operations to monitor performance, attendance, presence-related issues, refusals and no-shows
  • Ensure regular follow-ups with employees in the pool
  • Track and analyze performance indicators

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR, ideally in volume recruitment or an operational environment
  • Ability to deliver within short timelines and stay organized
  • Experience with Workday
  • Strong partnership mindset with station managers
  • Intermediate bilingualism in French and English, as you will communicate with people across the country
