Own the end-to-end CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, subscriptions, retention, replenishment, win-back, loyalty, and prospect nurture. Drive retention, repeat purchase, subscriber growth, and LTV through segmentation, personalization, testing, and performance reporting. Partner with growth, site, creative, and product teams while managing campaign execution, quality assurance, deployment, and potentially a coordinator or specialist.

Lead the launch of multiple product innovations, managing timelines, milestones, cross-functional collaboration, market research, competitive analysis, forecasting, pricing, and launch materials. Analyze consumer and industry data to develop business recommendations, improve innovation workflows through automation and AI, and support successful product commercialization across retailer and customer channels.

Supports strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and variance analysis. Partners with Sales, eCommerce, Marketing, Operations, and Accounting to translate financial results into actionable insights. Contributes to month-end and quarter-end close, evaluates business initiatives, improves reporting processes, automates recurring analysis, and supports management presentations and decision-making.

Coordinates HR and people programs, including benefits, wellness, performance, recognition, employee surveys, onboarding, offboarding, student recruitment, HR reporting, and HRIS administration. Manages employee communications, company events, and office operations such as vendors, supplies, equipment, access badges, and workplace safety. The role requires strong organization, discretion, empathy, adaptability, and on-site availability at least four days per week.

Supports financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation under IFRS. Coordinates annual external audits, responds to auditor inquiries, resolves findings, and maintains supporting documentation. Evaluates and improves internal controls while collaborating with Accounting, FP&A, auditors, tax advisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Own the Shopify e-commerce and subscription product experience, including product roadmaps, checkout, customer accounts, post-purchase flows, and subscriber lifecycle optimization. Lead conversion experimentation, analytics, personalization, upselling, and recurring-revenue growth initiatives. Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, CX, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions, manage Shopify integrations, improve platform performance, and drive conversion, retention, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
