About Us

At Open Farm we are transforming the way people feed their pets, with a focus on producing premium, healthy food and treats, all ethically sourced from farm-to-bowl. Headquartered in Toronto and with team members across the US, Open Farm is one of the fastest growing CPG companies in North America. We believe that the best foods are made with consciously sourced, top-quality ingredients from farmers and fisheries who believe in doing good for all animals and the environment.

Before you embark on this journey with us, learn more about the opportunity:

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will own the day to day execution of our lower funnel paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok. You will work closely with Growth, Creative and Analytics teams to launch, manage and optimize campaigns that drive new customer acquisition at an efficient CAC.

This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys working directly in the platforms. You will manage a high volume of creative and campaigns each week, keeping everything accurate, organized and live on schedule while optimizing toward new customer growth. You will play a critical part in scaling our paid media performance as we continue to grow.

In this role you will:

  • Own the end to end ad launch process across Meta, Google and TikTok: QA creative, configure targeting, set budgets and publish campaigns on schedule.
  • Traffic creative assets weekly, ensuring all specs, naming conventions and brand guidelines are met before launch.
  • Manage bids, budgets and daily optimizations to drive new customer acquisition at target CAC.
  • Build, launch and optimize Meta campaigns, including Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC+).
  • Manage ad takedowns and creative rotations based on performance thresholds, flight dates or creative refresh schedules.
  • Monitor KPIs including CAC, new customer volume, CTR and conversion rate, flagging anomalies and opportunities proactively.
  • Maintain organized campaign structures and asset libraries across platforms.
  • Own and optimize product data feeds for shopping campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok.
  • Partner with the Analytics team to ensure accurate tracking, UTM hygiene and attribution alignment.
  • Analyze creative performance to identify top and bottom performers, understanding the “why” behind results across format, hook, CTA and messaging.
  • Translate performance insights into structured creative briefs for our creative team and agency partners.

We’re genuinely excited about you because you have:

  • 2 to 4 years of hands on paid media experience, with direct platform execution in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Experience with Meta ASC+ campaigns and a detailed understanding of how Meta and Google work.
  • Experience trafficking creative and managing campaigns end to end, not just reporting.
  • A track record of optimizing toward CAC and new customer acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort in Excel or Sheets and the ability to pull platform data independently.
  • Working knowledge of product data feeds and feed management tools (e.g., Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch, GoDataFeed).
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and a steady flow of creative without errors.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with creative, analytics and channel partners.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • TikTok Ads experience is an asset.
  • Experience writing creative briefs or working closely with a creative team is an asset.
  • Background in DTC, ecommerce or CPG is an asset.

What we offer you - it's the perfect package:

  • An opportunity to grow, develop, and thrive within a mission-driven, dynamic, and fast-growing company, alongside thoughtful and passionate individuals dedicated to their work and community
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage and RRSP plans with company match
  • Great office culture (with lots of adorable pets!) where your pet interrupting video calls or in-person meeting is the norm
  • Discounted food, apparel and insurance for your furry family members
  • In addition to your PTO, we offer company-wide wellness days and personal days to support your wellbeing
  • Volunteer days to give back to our community
Compensation:

We believe in growing together through a pay-for-performance approach that recognizes impact over time.
