Supports financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation under IFRS. Coordinates annual external audits, responds to auditor inquiries, resolves findings, and maintains supporting documentation. Evaluates and improves internal controls while collaborating with Accounting, FP&A, auditors, tax advisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Own the Shopify e-commerce and subscription product experience, including product roadmaps, checkout, customer accounts, post-purchase flows, and subscriber lifecycle optimization. Lead conversion experimentation, analytics, personalization, upselling, and recurring-revenue growth initiatives. Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, CX, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions, manage Shopify integrations, improve platform performance, and drive conversion, retention, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
