The Senior Manager, Product Marketing leads the Product Marketing function at Wave, overseeing a team, defining go-to-market strategies, and driving product adoption and growth in a SaaS environment.

Lead a team of Product Managers to define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs for customer-facing SaaS products. Partner cross-functionally (Engineering, Design, Data, CS, Ops, Marketing) to deliver blended digital and human-assisted experiences, leverage AI capabilities, drive business cases and measurable outcomes, and build high-performing teams through coaching and continuous discovery.

The Director of Growth Marketing will drive acquisition, activation, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives, manage marketing operations, and lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure data-driven success.

Investigate complex fraud using diverse data to accept, reject, or escalate transactions; assess chargeback risk and advise small business owners; monitor for fraud/compliance issues; improve processes and fraud-detection rules; manage merchant relationships with clear communication and attention to detail.

Define and build Wave's internal risk and payments operations platform. Own strategy and roadmap for tools used by Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Support, Finance, and Payments Operations. Replace manual workflows with scalable decisioning, case management, and automation. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, and business teams to improve efficiency, controls, and customer outcomes.

Design user-centered mobile and web experiences working with product teams. Conduct and act on user research, prototype solutions using the Design System, run usability testing, and iterate through discovery and delivery to balance user needs and business goals.
