Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-site renovation, installation, and infrastructure programs. Manage hundreds of interrelated projects, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, risk registers, procurement, reporting and closeouts. Provide executive-level reporting and client-facing leadership, coordinate vendors and GCs, ensure compliance with processes and legislative requirements, and drive continuous improvement and safety-minded execution.

Process timely and accurate payroll for union and non-union employees, review collective agreements and policies, calculate deductions/remittances, audit payroll records, resolve payroll issues, and support process/system improvements.

Lead development and management of a national Tenant Relationship and Communications program. Create bilingual communications strategies, plans, templates and media/public relations guidance; mentor communication specialists; integrate with facility and project teams; and support communications technology (SharePoint, reporting) to improve tenant and occupant experience.

Work with clients to plan and implement workplace change initiatives: assess impacts, develop change management plans, lead small-to-medium projects, facilitate workshops and training, create communications, and support workplace strategy, space planning and stakeholder engagement to align work practices with business objectives.

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, lead RFx and competitive bid processes, negotiate contracts, measure and improve supplier performance, perform financial analysis and proposal modeling, validate vendor setup and perform due diligence, and support procurement templates, processes and stakeholder relationships to deliver cost savings and operational efficiencies.

Lead administration and maintenance of data center, network, server, and cloud IaaS infrastructure (Windows and Linux). Perform upgrades, patches, backups, DR planning and testing. Act as Tier 2/3 escalation, provide after-hours support, monitor security events, manage identity/access, SAN/cloud storage, and messaging systems. Drive improvements, document processes, mentor junior staff, and support Azure/AWS/VMware virtualization and cloud networking.
