Lead and deliver workplace solutions programs including occupancy planning, workplace technologies (reservation tools, sensors, BI), and drawing/occupancy projects. Lead independent mechanical design projects (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, BAS), manage scope/budgets/CAD deliverables, perform feasibility assessments, liaise with clients and authorities, provide construction administration, mentor junior engineers, and support project delivery from initiation to completion.

Lead and integrate workplace transformation projects, coordinating stakeholders, schedules, budgets and communications. Deliver solutions across design, furniture, relocation, decommissioning and change management while advocating for occupant satisfaction and maintaining client relationships.

Provide transactional support across the full accounting cycle: compile and analyze large datasets for budgets, forecasts and ad hoc reports; prepare audit-ready records and variance memos; reconcile PO process; validate costing and process expenses; manage A/R, billing, month-end entries, and receipts journal uploads; work with project and property teams to ensure accurate budgets and invoicing.

Lead procurement for new client pursuits and transitions, vendor qualification and setup, Oracle PO administration, contract lifecycle and repository management, procurement governance, risk and supplier performance reporting. Drive continuous improvement, sustainable procurement and supplier diversity initiatives, deliver training, manage procurement systems and dashboards, negotiate contracts, and provide people leadership for sourcing teams.
