Supports execution of Exclusive Brands sales and business development plans across North America. Partners with account managers and sales leaders to identify opportunities, grow customer accounts, increase brand sales share, coach branch teams, and lead sales events. Prepares KPI performance reports and builds relationships with national accounts, integrators, and customers. Requires extensive field sales experience, strong presentation skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel 50% of the time.

Grows assigned customer accounts by increasing revenue, margins, order size, and transactions. Identifies new business opportunities, converts competitive purchases, conducts outbound calls, and maintains customer relationships through CRM tools. Educates customers on products, services, and technology trends while providing solutions and exceptional service across in-store, phone, and online channels. Meets sales targets and collaborates with internal teams to strengthen customer partnerships.
