Own accounting operations including billing, collections, accounts payable, reconciliations, month-end close, and accounts receivable reporting. Maintain financial systems and data integrity across HubSpot, Brex, Rillet, and banking tools. Build and improve business operations systems supporting customer onboarding and implementation. Responsibilities include redesigning workflows, automating repetitive work, partnering with product and engineering on internal tools, analyzing operational data, documenting processes, and executing initiatives that improve team capacity and scalability.

Supports marketing campaigns across email, social, content, and events; creates website copy, case studies, social posts, and sales materials; conducts market and competitive research; tracks campaign performance; and partners with Sales and Product on demand generation and customer engagement programs.

Own brand design across campaigns, product launches, websites, events, paid advertising, social, and print. Own core product areas from customer discovery through launch and commercial scale. Develop product vision, strategy, roadmaps, specifications, prototypes, and lifecycle plans. Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Content to build scalable campaigns, improve lead management, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue in an early-stage B2B SaaS environment.
