Design end-to-end supply chain and logistics solutions, lead customer implementations and integrations (WMS/TMS/OMS/ERP/API-EDI), manage project timelines and cross-functional teams, optimize warehouse and fulfillment processes, analyze KPIs, and maintain customer relationships and solution documentation.

Lead new customer acquisition and manage key logistics and eCommerce accounts. Develop and execute business plans, negotiate contracts, oversee project implementation, manage receivables, monitor project risks, gather market intelligence, and support internal process and system improvements to grow market share and meet sales targets.
