Job Title: Solutions Manager

Location: Toronto, Canada
Salary: Starting from CAD $75,000 annually + Annual Bonus

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

Supply Chain Solution Design & Requirement Analysis

  • Partner with customers to understand their supply chain, warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation requirements through detailed business analysis and solution workshops.

  • Design end-to-end supply chain and logistics solutions, including warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, inventory management, transportation, and value-added services, aligned with customer business objectives.

  • Develop solution proposals, process flows, SOPs, operational models, cost analyses, and implementation plans to support new business opportunities.

  • Evaluate customer operational requirements and recommend scalable warehouse layouts, fulfillment workflows, and logistics solutions that optimize cost, service, and operational efficiency.

Warehouse, Fulfillment & Systems Integration

  • Design and optimize warehouse and fulfillment processes, including inbound, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and value-added services.

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and IT teams to define business requirements for system integration and implementation, including WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP, API/EDI, and customer system integrations.

  • Support system testing, UAT, process validation, and go-live readiness to ensure successful customer onboarding and operational launch.

  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure designed solutions are operationally feasible and scalable.

Customer Implementation & Project Management

  • Lead customer implementation projects from solution design through operational launch.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, Procurement, and Customer Success to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Develop implementation timelines, manage project milestones, identify risks, and drive issue resolution throughout the customer onboarding process.

  • Support warehouse startup activities, SOP development, training, and operational readiness for new customer implementations.

Solution Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate customer operations and logistics performance to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost optimization.

  • Analyze operational data and KPIs to recommend enhancements that improve fulfillment efficiency, inventory accuracy, transportation performance, and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and supply chain best practices to drive innovative logistics solutions.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build trusted relationships with customers by serving as a strategic supply chain solutions partner.

  • Conduct regular business reviews to understand evolving customer needs and identify opportunities for service expansion and process optimization.

  • Support customer renewals, business growth, and continuous improvement initiatives through proactive solution recommendations.

Knowledge Management

  • Develop and maintain standardized solution templates, implementation playbooks, SOPs, and best practices.

  • Share project learnings and industry knowledge across cross-functional teams to improve overall solution delivery capabilities.

  • Support internal training and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen organizational expertise.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain solutions, logistics solution design, warehouse operations, fulfillment, or implementation consulting, with at least 1–2 years directly supporting overseas warehouse planning and execution.

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, fulfillment processes, inventory management, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain solutions.

  • Experience designing or implementing warehouse and fulfillment solutions for 3PL, eCommerce, retail, or supply chain organizations.

  • Experience supporting customer onboarding, solution implementation, warehouse startup, or operational go-live projects.

  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP platforms, API/EDI integrations, and customer systems integration.

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) to support business decisions.

  • Understanding of transportation concepts, including pricing, carrier selection, service levels, network design, and operational challenges.

  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Success teams.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality solutions.
