Design end-to-end supply chain and logistics solutions, lead customer implementations and integrations (WMS/TMS/OMS/ERP/API-EDI), manage project timelines and cross-functional teams, optimize warehouse and fulfillment processes, analyze KPIs, and maintain customer relationships and solution documentation.

Lead new customer acquisition and manage key logistics and eCommerce accounts.
