Lead API testing, test automation, and database validation for government services. Develop Playwright and UFT test suites, execute SQL-based data validation, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, assess performance, API security, and accessibility, and manage defect triage and resolution. Create auditable test plans, cases, and data strategies while mentoring teams and improving testing maturity.

Support the migration of Nintex workflows to SharePoint Online. Manage projects, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure quality through testing and documentation.

Own full QA lifecycle for assigned features/releases; design and maintain test plans, automated test frameworks, and test suites. Perform exploratory, functional, regression, performance, and API testing on an ASP.NET/SQL Server/Azure SaaS platform. Collaborate with developers and product managers to triage defects, report QA metrics, and drive continuous process improvements; emphasize automation and AI-assisted testing.

The job requires a senior QA resource skilled in Guidewire PolicyCenter and migration processes. Candidates need to be located in Ontario, Canada.
