The role partners with product, engineering, compliance, legal, finance, and marketing teams to launch initiatives across trading and infrastructure products and enhance the product experience.

Lead a cross-functional team of frontend and backend engineers building scalable consumer experiences across mobile and client platforms. Own end-to-end UX delivery, partner with Product and Design, uphold engineering standards, improve usability and performance, mentor engineers, and strengthen agile delivery using metrics such as DORA and cycle time.

Own operations and launch readiness for regulated B2B2C platform products, including KYC/KYB, lending, and unified APIs. The Mobile UI/Design Engineer will enhance the Kraken app's UI with fluid, gesture-driven interactions in React Native, optimizing for performance and mentoring other engineers.

Supports global M&A, strategic investments, and venture portfolio management. Responsibilities include leading transaction diligence, maintaining data rooms, building financial models and valuation analyses, screening opportunities, tracking portfolio performance, forecasting deal-related cash obligations, and preparing executive and Board materials. The role requires strong financial modeling, business analysis, writing, storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority transactions independently.
