Serve as the strategic People Business Partner for eBay's Toronto site, driving site-level people strategy, culture, engagement, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, change management, and cross-functional partnership to support scaling, workforce planning, and site experience.

Design, build, and operate eBay's experimentation and feature-flag platform across the full stack. Implement scalable, low-latency services (NodeJS/Java), develop React frontends, drive architecture and observability, collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders, and own production reliability and incident response.

Lead end-to-end P&L and growth for the Accessories category (~$300M GMV). Diagnose performance, set strategy, drive cross-functional execution (Product, Marketing, Trust, Analytics, Seller Ops), scale AI/ML initiatives, improve conversion and trust, and deliver measurable GMV and customer outcomes while building executive-ready narratives.

Design and evolve eBay’s design system and visual language, creating scalable, accessible components and high-fidelity prototypes. Partner with product, engineering, and research to audit flows, implement patterns, and ensure consistent application across platforms. Mentor designers, incorporate feedback and industry trends, and collaborate with engineers using front-end familiarity to realize designs.

Lead the AI Platform product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end user experience. Drive adoption through data-driven decisions, cross-functional alignment, global launches, post-launch optimization, and continuous improvement while navigating legal and regulatory constraints.

The Product Manager will enhance customer experiences through multi-channel communications. Responsibilities include managing the roadmap, prioritizing features, authoring A/B tests, improving customer experiences, and analyzing performance metrics.
