Build and lead StackAdapt's Mobile Sales Specialist organization, owning mobile revenue, pipeline, adoption, and expansion. Define go-to-market strategy, partner cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations), influence product roadmap, hire and coach specialists, and develop scalable sales motions to integrate Mobile into broader omnichannel platform solutions.

Lead complex, high-visibility IT and business programs across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Manage AI automation initiatives, SaaS technology evaluations, RFPs, ROI analysis, risks, dependencies, executive reporting, and post-project performance assessments. The role requires autonomous senior-level consulting, portfolio prioritization, stakeholder influence, and delivery of measurable business outcomes during a six-month fixed-term engagement.

Provides employment law advice across Canada and selected international markets; manages complaints, demand letters, disputes, investigations, accommodations, leaves, terminations, agreements, policies, and compliance projects. Partners with People & Culture and business leaders to build scalable employment frameworks during international expansion. Uses AI tools to improve legal research, drafting, matter triage, playbooks, and workflow automation while applying legal judgment and review.

Lead design and implementation of high-throughput, low-latency programmatic bidding systems. Collaborate with ML engineers to deploy real-time inference, optimize distributed microservices, run experiments and quantitative analysis, and partner with product to ship scalable features. Foster operational excellence, mentor engineers, and continuously improve performance and reliability.

Own and improve AWS infrastructure and platform services using IaC (Terraform/Terrateam). Support reliable cloud and Kubernetes deployments, enhance observability (metrics, logs, tracing), troubleshoot distributed systems, create standards and documentation, and partner with engineering teams on scalable, resilient design.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for an in-house creative production and management product spanning video/CTV, AI-generated content, and multi-channel creative integrations. Drive 0->1 initiatives, define success metrics, collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Creative Studio, and support customer-facing teams to launch, iterate, and scale creative tooling and partner integrations.

Execute and optimize mobile app install campaigns, analyze performance and data, write and run SQL queries, validate and troubleshoot campaign setups, coordinate with internal teams and external partners (MMPs, ad networks), and streamline reporting and workflows to deliver data-backed insights and drive project execution.
