Manage period-end close, journals, accruals, adjustments, reconciliations, financial statement validation, accounting governance, controls, and audit readiness. Review complex and high-risk entries, resolve accounting issues, support financial data integrity, and drive process improvements. Manages and develops the tax team, drives process improvements, and ensures accurate, compliant tax analysis and reporting.

Develop and execute Maple Leaf Foods’ investor relations program, translating business performance, strategy, and capital allocation priorities into compelling communications for shareholders and analysts. The role prepares quarterly investor materials, builds capital-markets relationships, analyzes business and industry trends, supports external disclosure processes, and advises senior executives on investor perceptions, valuation drivers, and market expectations.

Partners with Commercial leaders in the US and Canada to deliver people strategy, strengthen leadership capability, improve engagement, and support organizational performance. Provides guidance on performance, talent, succession, organizational design, workforce planning, culture, and employee relations. Uses HR data and analytics to identify trends, anticipate talent risks, and inform workforce decisions. Coaches leaders, facilitates talent calibration, and drives inclusive, high-performing team environments.

Administer and enhance IAM and PAM capabilities across hybrid enterprise environments. Manage CyberArk and comparable platforms, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, identity lifecycle processes, access reviews, and privileged account governance. Identify and remediate control gaps, support audits, troubleshoot access issues, document procedures, and drive automation and Zero Trust improvements. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, application, database, and project teams to deliver secure, compliant identity solutions.
