Supports second-line Enterprise Risk Management and Operational Resilience programs for TMX Post-Trade. Responsibilities include risk taxonomy, risk appetite, top-risk identification, quarterly reporting, change-management risk evaluation, incident reporting, operational risk assessments, business continuity and disaster recovery testing, stress testing, third-party risk management, cyber-risk oversight, and enterprise-wide training. The role coordinates with business units and senior leadership to monitor risks, controls, remediation, and regulatory resilience requirements.

Drive program delivery, governance, stakeholder engagement (BoC, CIMPA, Clearstream), resource management, cross-functional alignment, hiring and team development, and commercial client interactions to implement enterprise-scale clearing and collateral solutions.

Lead a regional compensation function delivering senior advisory services, people leadership, survey strategy, pay equity and pay-transparency compliance, compensation program and STIP design, Workday compensation administration, and cross-functional project delivery to support business and HR leaders.

The Legal Counsel, Commercial Services drafts and negotiates commercial contracts, provides legal advice on transactions, and supports various commercial strategies and compliance matters.
