Lead requirements gathering, design, and implementation of SaaS analytics dashboards using data from Workday, ServiceNow, and Salesforce. Produce functional specifications and Amazon QuickSight mockups, collaborate with Snowflake-backed technical teams, support testing/UAT, manage defects, create training/docs, and mentor citizen developers across Finance, HR, Legal, Projects, and Procurement.
