Provide administrative support to the Senior Manager, Operations (80%) and operations leadership (20%), including inbox and calendar management, meeting coordination and minutes, travel and expense processing, vendor setup and invoice coding in Basware, work order coordination via OxComm/MRI Angus, event and training coordination, assist with budget presentations and labour consultations, and support special projects and tenant/contractor communications at Square One Shopping Centre.

The Associate Director will lead technology strategy, focusing on Data and AI solutions, drive innovation, and enhance customer success through collaboration and strategic partnerships.

Lead the design and delivery of enterprise agentic automation solutions combining UiPath RPA, AI agents, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and Power Platform. Define agent logic, HITL workflows, integrations, testing strategies, governance, and operational runbooks. Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, modernize existing RPA, and collaborate with AI, security, and architecture teams to build scalable, secure automation.

Lead business and data analysis for a multi-year investment platform transformation into Aladdin and a Snowflake data platform. Elicit and document requirements, perform hands-on data profiling and reconciliation, design extensible capabilities, own delivery and operability, define and execute test plans, and support current-state systems to ensure correct migration and ongoing operation. Drive stakeholder workshops, change management, and documentation to ensure solutions are production-ready and maintainable.

Support and coordinate Operational Excellence initiatives by tracking deliverables, managing requests and SharePoint sites, processing invoices, administering procurement programs, preparing materials, coordinating events, and working with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Provide FP&A partnership across G&A and corporate functions: prepare forecasts, budgets, variance and trend analysis, KPI dashboards, executive presentations, cost benchmarking, activity-based costing enhancements, process improvements and automation, and support senior leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and stakeholder communication.

Coordinate schedules, documentation, stakeholder communications, vendor and procurement activities for network and datacenter projects. Maintain project plans, track risks/issues, support testing and maintenance-window coordination, reconcile purchase orders and budgets, and improve project coordination processes.
