The role coordinates change across AI, integration, convergence, and operating-model transformations; assesses impacts and resistance; enables leaders; manages change saturation, sequencing, contractors, and budget; and connects adoption to value realization. It requires influencing senior stakeholders, building scalable playbooks, interpreting readiness and adoption data, and ensuring sustainable employee behavior change in a regulated financial-services environment.

Develops and manages an always-on reverse mortgage content strategy across broker and direct-to-consumer channels. Leads editorial planning, writing, multimedia production, lifecycle and nurture content, funnel optimization, compliance reviews, competitive intelligence, and performance reporting.
