Lead FP&A activities for Commercial Canada: forecasting, variance and profitability analysis, management and executive reporting, dashboards, and strategic initiative support. Lead second-line oversight of enterprise Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management programs. Independently review BIAs, recovery objectives, testing, remediation, third‑party dependencies, and resilience metrics; produce thematic risk analysis and executive reporting; escalate material concerns and support regulatory/exam readiness.

Lead design and operationalization of a Silent-Ops production support model, driving automation, predictive monitoring, self-healing/Agentic AI, and governance to improve reliability, reduce toil, prevent incidents, and align operations with enterprise objectives. Provide cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of production environments.

Provide investment advice and needs-based financial planning, sell managed products, generate referrals, meet sales targets, support team transactions, and pursue Financial Planner accreditation within 12–24 months.

Lead and execute IT audit and advisory engagements assessing internal controls, technology risk, and governance. Influence stakeholders, use data analytics, evaluate emerging technology risks (including cloud/AWS), report findings to senior management and the Board, and support audit planning, methodology, and quality assurance.

Build and manage referral networks to generate mortgage originations, guide customers through mortgage application and processing, execute targeted marketing and sales programs, collaborate with branch teams, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, analyze data and produce reports, and deliver exceptional customer service to grow mortgage business.
