Build and manage referral networks and partnerships to generate mortgage originations. Drive operational strategy, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, cross-team collaboration, talent development, and alignment with enterprise standards and ITSM/ITIL practices.

Lead design and oversight of counterparty credit risk analytics (PFE, MTM, settlement, stress). Ensure model governance, data integrity, regulatory and stress testing deliverables. Provide trading desk insights, automate analytics with Python/SQL, manage CCR team, and partner with model development, validation, and infrastructure to improve exposures and controls.

Support FRTB production by performing operational analyses, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting. Identify, track and resolve market risk issues, maintain controls and procedures, liaise with stakeholders, respond to audits and ad hoc requests, and assist on projects and improvements to risk infrastructure.

Provide oversight, monitoring and reporting of operational and fraud risks for a designated portfolio. Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, methodologies and controls; implement metrics, data governance and reporting; support regulatory audits and attestations; lead change management, stakeholder engagement and remediation action plans to ensure compliance and effective risk monitoring.

Lead daily operations and enhancements for CCR capital calculations, ensuring regulatory compliance (SA-CCR, Basel III, OSFI). Manage capital metric production, validate tools, perform driver analysis, develop quantitative pricing and risk models, conduct scenario-based research, document data flows, and liaise with stakeholders to mitigate risk and improve methodologies.

Lead design, delivery and governance of risk and regulatory reporting for an assigned credit portfolio. Provide analytic insights, develop reporting solutions and maintain risk reporting framework. Coordinate data owners, ensure data governance and controls, support audits, build change management plans, and advise stakeholders on risk metrics, KPIs, KRIs and regulatory requirements to support decision-making.
