Lead a 24x7 application support team to ensure availability, reliability, and rapid incident resolution for critical banking applications. Design IaC (Terraform) modules and landing zones, CI/CD pipelines, security and governance (PaC, RBAC), observability, cost optimization, and container infrastructure. Mentor engineers, run design/code reviews, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive operational excellence and incident response for enterprise cloud platforms.

Serve as the primary Business Systems Analyst for the ServiceNow platform: elicit and document requirements, manage the development backlog, coordinate with developers and stakeholders, support UAT and QA, produce process documentation and reports, and support CMDB/ITAM/Discovery initiatives and dashboards using Power BI, Excel and ServiceNow reporting.

Lead design, build and implementation of scalable omni-channel customer engagement capabilities (campaigns, journeys, NBO, personalization). Translate strategy into technical and operational solutions, partner with cross-functional teams, drive governance, documentation, analytics and transition of new capabilities into ongoing operations while managing dependencies, risks and stakeholder alignment.
