Build and own the systems, data, processes, and infrastructure powering the company’s go-to-market engine. Write product requirements, drive high-quality Agile execution, measure impact, and mentor junior product managers.

Lead and build the Product Operations function, managing analysts and cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, BizOps, and Support. Establish execution processes, monitor ticket quality, identify recurring customer and product issues, improve workflows through tooling and AI automation, and translate frontline insights into product improvements. Coach team members, support onboarding, provide performance feedback, and communicate priorities, risks, and progress to leadership.

Lead customer onboarding, implementation, configuration, and training for the ExaCare platform. Build curricula, SOPs, guides, and help content; manage implementation timelines, risks, communications, and project records; configure environments, permissions, data imports, integrations, and workflows; triage technical issues; and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering. Support pilots and rollouts while improving onboarding processes and time-to-value.

Own the full software development lifecycle for a healthcare admissions platform. Build and release React interfaces, REST APIs, background services, internal dashboards, feature-flag systems, and DevOps automations. Write TypeScript and SQL, maintain scalable distributed systems, improve workflows, triage production incidents, and deliver automated testing and zero-downtime releases. Translate customer needs into reliable product capabilities that improve post-acute care admissions and placement decisions.

Own the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including dataset creation, research, rapid experimentation, model development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Build production-grade ML and LLM solutions, apply techniques such as quantization and pruning, track experiments systematically, and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines. The role requires strong Python and PyTorch expertise, production ML experience, and hands-on knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, and efficient inference.
