Leads the end-to-end lifecycle of liquidity products, including virtual accounts, cash concentration, notional pooling, sweeps, and investment services. Develops product requirements, business cases, roadmaps, and enhancements; analyzes markets and competitors; partners with technology, operations, sales, risk, and compliance teams; monitors KPIs and financial performance; and supports commercialization, training, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Manages technology workstreams, dependencies, risks, incidents, and production support while guiding initiatives from discovery through stabilization.

Lead and execute end-to-end IT audits, assess IT general and application controls, document findings, recommend process improvements, manage follow-ups, and present results to stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance and data confidentiality.

Provides independent second-line oversight and subject matter expertise for enterprise external fraud risk. Manages staff, investigative inventory, KPIs, costs, compliance deliverables, audits, reporting, and process improvements. Partners with HR, Financial Crimes Risk Management, executives, law enforcement, and courts to resolve matters, prosecute criminal activity, strengthen controls, and enhance the insider-risk investigative program.

Facilitates enterprise customer data ownership and governance across Canadian lines of business. Coordinates data standards, definitions, quality rules, issue remediation, downstream data consumption, and governance forums. Partners with business, technology, risk, operations, source systems, and data consumers to align customer master data requirements, resolve cross-segment dependencies, and promote consistent adoption of the enterprise customer master platform.
