Manages SaaS billing operations across multiple business units, including invoices, subscriptions, usage-based billing, adjustments, refunds, payments, and account credits. Reconciles billing records, customer accounts, payments, and financial statements; investigates discrepancies; responds to billing inquiries; and collaborates with Finance, Sales, Support, and Operations. The role also supports process improvement, documentation, compliance, and accurate financial reporting.

Build and scale customer-facing web applications across ecommerce, point-of-sale, reservation, and CRM products. Collaborate with backend, product, and QA teams to integrate APIs, deliver production-ready features, improve UX and responsiveness, maintain frontend architecture and state management, participate in code reviews, and document frontend workflows and component patterns.
