Oversees supplier selection, cost optimization, risk mitigation, purchasing, supplier development, contract manufacturing partnerships, continuity planning, audits, and shortage allocation strategies. Drives cross-functional transformation with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams while improving cost, lead time, quality, customer experience, and tariff mitigation.

Own the customer-facing user experience and workflows for mCloud. Build performant React dashboards, topology visualizations, telemetry and alert views, gateway management tools, and administrative workflows. Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend Engineering, and other teams to integrate GraphQL and REST services, improve reliability and observability, and use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate component, query, and test creation.

Leads the Manufacturing Engineering team, overseeing new product launches, manufacturing processes, tooling, documentation, and production readiness. Supports existing products through quality, cost, delivery, capacity, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborates with Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Design Engineering, Production, Product Management, and contract manufacturers. Requires international travel, particularly to support global factory launches.
