The role also drives AI adoption, supports production machine learning and LLM initiatives, presents data narratives to executives and the board, and builds a high-performing team of engineers, analysts, and AI specialists.

Build and ship full-stack features for Pebl’s conversational AI assistant, Alfie. Own backend services, APIs, data models, frontend experiences, agentic workflows, observability, evaluation, and production troubleshooting. Develop LLM-powered features including tool calling, prompt design, multi-step reasoning, recovery paths, and human handoffs. Collaborate across engineering, product, and design while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining high code quality.
