The AML Analyst role involves analyzing and investigating unusual transaction reports and alerts for financial crime concerns, escalating suspicious cases, and submitting reports to FINTRAC. Responsibilities also include conducting detailed investigations, creating detailed reports, offering support to the AML department, advising on ML/TF concerns, and strategizing policy to mitigate risk. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of AML policies, 1 year of AML investigations experience, multitasking ability, strong writing skills, and the capability to work independently. A Bachelor/College Degree is required.
