Set roadmap with a Product Designer and Lead Engineer, use data and experiments to drive engagement, improve milestone detection and automation, ensure global localization and HRIS integrations, partner with enterprise customers, and mentor other product managers.

Own the global Marketplace P&L and forecasting; build predictive and enhancement models; perform margin, cohort, and share-of-wallet analyses; create dashboards and executive KPI reporting; support NRR/ARR forecasting; partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Merchandising, Product, Accounting, and BI; standardize data workflows and improve analytical infrastructure.

Perform outbound prospecting to HR leaders at large enterprises via phone, email, and social media to qualify meetings for Account Executives. Design targeted campaigns, use sales productivity tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Vidyard, Sales Navigator), collaborate with the team, and develop sales skills in a hybrid Toronto role. Manage moderately complex technical projects and small programs across multiple teams: create and maintain plans, track risks/dependencies, align stakeholders, apply Agile practices, report progress, and drive delivery and continuous improvement.
