Leads product strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution for 1Password’s Developer Experience, AI security, and AI-powered security portfolios. Oversees secure developer and AI-agent workflows involving identity, delegation, secrets delivery, and access control. Partners with engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, security, and GTM teams; leads standards and developer engagement; establishes product metrics and operating rhythms; and recruits and mentors senior product managers.

Serves as a strategic technical advisor for enterprise sales, partnering with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, deliver tailored demonstrations, design customer-specific solutions, translate technical concepts, and support complex deal closures. The role builds customer relationships, coaches sales teams, collaborates cross-functionally, mentors peers, and provides technical education on 1Password products. This is a remote US or Canada role with travel up to 25%.

Leads 1Password’s Corporate Legal function, advising on M&A, corporate governance, securities, international expansion, financing, compliance, litigation, intellectual property, marketing, and subsidiary management. Partners with senior leaders, manages external counsel, oversees complex legal projects, develops risk mitigation strategies, and supports corporate growth across the United States, Canada, and other jurisdictions.

Develops communications strategy and thought leadership for cybersecurity, identity, access management, and AI topics. Responsibilities include media relations, executive communications, contributed content, event and speaking strategies, rapid response, narrative development, journalist engagement, and communications measurement. The role translates complex technical concepts into credible messaging for developer, business, and security audiences while collaborating with marketing, product, engineering, security, legal, sales, executives, and agencies.

Design, maintain, and scale secure AI and automation solutions for enterprise productivity. Build API- and connector-based workflows, configure centralized platforms, document standards, train users, and partner with technical and business stakeholders to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.

Lead the technical direction of Device Infrastructure Services across approximately 2,000 endpoints. Define and execute a GitOps and DevOps transformation, develop secure AI-assisted operations, establish device health and remediation standards, resolve high-severity macOS and Windows incidents, evaluate tooling, guide build-versus-buy decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers.

Leads technical validation and market acceleration for emerging 1Password products. Partners with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and strategic customers to shape product direction, translate innovations into repeatable customer-facing motions, create technical enablement and implementation guidance, support private previews and beta programs, engage executives and industry audiences, and mentor Solutions Engineers.
