Responsibilities include reviewing Salesforce CPQ quotes, improving commercial processes and workflows, creating playbooks and training, implementing automation and AI solutions, and using deal data to improve quality, efficiency, and revenue integrity.

Build and ship full-stack and iOS features, product improvements, and bug fixes. Own small-to-medium projects through planning, implementation, testing, release, and post-launch support. Write maintainable, well-tested code, participate in code reviews, document work, investigate customer issues, and collaborate with support and cross-functional partners. The role is remote within Canada or the United States.

Lead the technical direction of Device Infrastructure Services across approximately 2,000 endpoints. Define and execute a GitOps and DevOps transformation, develop secure AI-assisted operations, establish device health and remediation standards, resolve high-severity macOS and Windows incidents, evaluate tooling, guide build-versus-buy decisions, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers.
