Lead technical implementations and customer enablement for 1Password’s enterprise product suite. Configure, integrate, validate, and launch solutions while managing timelines, stakeholders, risks, and customer engagements. Deliver technical consultations and training for administrators, executives, and end users; translate security concepts into business value; and improve implementation playbooks, workflows, and training materials. The role is remote within the US or Canada and requires quarterly cross-border travel.

Leads 1Password’s Platform Engineering organization, owning the strategy, operations, reliability, security, scalability, and cost effectiveness of core engineering platforms. Drives multi-year architecture and operating-model transformations, establishes engineering standards and measurable outcomes, builds supported paths for autonomous teams, partners with executive and cross-functional leaders, oversees investment strategy, and develops high-performing engineering leaders and teams.

The Legal Counsel, Commercial will negotiate customer, procurement, partnership, reseller, distributor, product, and vendor agreements. The role advises go-to-market, procurement, product, privacy, and partnership teams on commercial, privacy, data protection, and AI-related legal issues. Responsibilities include drafting agreements, supporting deal execution, developing playbooks and templates, counseling on product launches, improving legal workflows with AI tools, and handling bespoke commercial matters in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Leads global total rewards strategy and an eight-person team across compensation, equity, benefits, retirement, executive compensation, job architecture, pay equity, governance, and HR technology. Advises executives, boards, and Compensation Committees; oversees scalable programs, international expansion, audits, acquisitions, and public-company readiness. Partners with Finance, Legal, and external advisors while advancing analytics, automation, AI, and platforms such as Pave.

Analyze the customer lifecycle across activation, engagement, retention, expansion, and renewal for a product-led SaaS business. Partner with Customer Success, Product, Growth, RevOps, and Data Engineering to develop analytical frameworks, identify growth opportunities, evaluate experiments, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leaders. Collaborates with development and design teams to scope and deliver features, represents Product Management in agile ceremonies, refines requirements, and helps improve product processes and tooling, including AI-enabled workflows. This is a four-month remote internship running from January through April 2027.
