Lead Loopio’s brand and creative design function across marketing, digital, print, events, social, advertising, video, and motion. Oversee design production, manage vendors and resources, evolve the visual identity, establish AI design governance, build scalable video and motion systems, mentor designers and freelancers, and collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, product, partnerships, customer experience, and talent.

Leads Loopio’s B2B content marketing strategy, production, distribution, and performance measurement. Manages content across formats and channels, including video, research projects, case studies, webinars, social content, and conference presentations. Partners cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and People teams to strengthen thought leadership, awareness, pipeline, and revenue. Provides direction to internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and industry partners while managing strategic initiatives and reporting on content performance.

Drive new-business revenue within Loopio’s mid-market segment by prospecting, self-sourcing opportunities, managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating proposals, and exceeding sales targets. Build executive relationships, maintain accurate forecasts, collaborate with Sales Development, Customer Experience, and Product teams, and contribute to market and marketing initiatives.

Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Loopio’s agentic B2B SaaS platform for automating proposals, RFPs, security questionnaires, and DDQs. Lead customer discovery, product validation, roadmap development, metrics definition, agentic experience design, and scaled adoption. Partner with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams on orchestration, model selection, reliability, trust, and human oversight while influencing executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Generate qualified sales opportunities and build pipeline through cold calls, emails, and social outreach. Engage prospects, identify needs, qualify leads through executive-level conversations, and coordinate with Account Executives to create quality demonstrations. The role also involves developing prospect communication plans, applying sales-development best practices, exceeding KPIs, and contributing ideas to improve the sales process.

Own GTM data hygiene, governance, and reporting across the revenue lifecycle. Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, and revenue metrics. Support forecasting, order-to-cash handoffs, CPQ and product catalog administration, and act as first point of contact for data and systems requests across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.

Drive net-new B2B SaaS revenue for the SMB segment by prospecting, qualifying, demoing the Loopio platform, negotiating proposals, and closing deals. Manage opportunities through handover to Customer Success, revive inactive leads, and collaborate with Product to inform product improvements.
