The Senior AI Compute Infrastructure Engineer will manage and optimize GPU and accelerator clusters for AI workloads, collaborate with teams, and ensure reliable performance and cost efficiency.

Define brand behavior for emerging surfaces and AI outputs, collaborate with pods to fix systemic issues, translate complex crypto and finance concepts into usable guidance, run constructive design reviews, and shape how design tooling and AI affect brand practice.

Lead and evolve Payward's core brand system: guidelines, component libraries, templates, and assets. Raise brand quality across product pods through systems thinking, guidance, and design reviews. Define identity standards for new surfaces (including AI and motion), collaborate with designers, PMs, and marketers, and translate complex crypto and finance concepts into usable brand guidance.

Lead Consumer Trading product initiatives for Kraken: prototype features with AI tools, define product requirements, run UAT, collaborate with stakeholders, finance and operations, use analytics and experimentation to drive product decisions, and evaluate new consumer product opportunities.

Lead risk-based operational and post-acquisition integration audits globally, assess control design and operating effectiveness, direct specialist SMEs, apply AI-enabled auditing and data analytics, manage multiple engagements end-to-end, report findings to senior stakeholders, and mentor audit teams.

Operate and improve a shared telemetry platform for metrics, logs, traces, alerting, dashboards, and profiling. Maintain collection, storage, querying, routing, and pipelines; troubleshoot production telemetry issues; deploy and manage services with IaC and container orchestration; build automation for dashboards and alerts; participate in incident response, on-call, and runbook documentation.
