Lead and scale the Credit onboarding engineering team to build, operate, and modernize a resilient, secure, cloud-native credit platform. Drive AI-first automation, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, improve engineering standards and execution, lead architecture decisions, mentor senior engineers, recruit talent, and deliver highly available systems at scale.

Lead the enterprise AI and automation product strategy, governance, and adoption for internal platforms.
