This includes overseeing the complete sales cycle, providing usage reports, and aligning with internal teams to ensure customer success. Building awareness and understanding customer needs are key responsibilities.

The Strategic Solutions Engineer will drive enterprise sales, conduct technical demos and workshops, handle customer inquiries, and facilitate the adoption of API-first development practices. They will also maintain customer sandbox environments and provide customer advocacy while collaborating with various teams.
