Manage strategic enterprise customer accounts, driving adoption, retention, value realization, and expansion across the PathFactory and Kaltura platforms. Build executive and cross-functional relationships, develop tailored account strategies, lead strategic business check-ins, monitor account health and usage metrics, mitigate risks, and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with Account Executives and internal teams while advising customers across marketing, IT, sales enablement, and related functions.
