Manage customer and subcontractor contracts for large-scale airport and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include contract administration, compliance, claims and dispute resolution, change orders, risk mitigation, audits, documentation, stakeholder coordination, negotiation support, and team training. The role also serves as a customer-facing escalation point and may involve team management, with domestic and international travel up to 20%.

Lead large, complex construction and material-handling projects ($50M+). Own contractual, technical, schedule, risk, financial and stakeholder management. Supervise and mentor junior PMs, coordinate subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams, deliver monthly reporting, and support commissioning with extensive domestic and international travel.
