Provide frontline support for Enverus software applications through phone, email, and virtual screen sharing. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, manage customer cases, document and escalate product problems, educate users on navigation and product value, communicate updates, and relay client feedback to internal teams. The role requires strong communication, troubleshooting, organization, conflict resolution, collaboration, and customer-service skills, with rotating holiday support possible.

Manage and scale Enverus' global AWS infrastructure, automate deployments and CI/CD, ensure high uptime, collaborate with developers to enable zero-downtime releases, participate in on-call rotations, and improve operational practices.
