Lead and grow an engineering team that owns NerdWallet's platform systems (Content Platform, CMS, Product Data Platform). Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to prioritize roadmap, ensure technical quality, drive architecture and modernization, enforce engineering best practices, manage delivery and availability, and mentor engineers while balancing short-term delivery with long-term maintainability, security, and compliance.
