Research priority global strategic accounts, identify buying groups and timely commercial signals, and execute personalized outbound engagement through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels. Create account intelligence assets, maintain Salesforce and Gong Engage data, and partner with strategic account executives to prioritize accounts and generate enterprise pipeline.

Owns the end-to-end revenue recognition function under IFRS 15 and ASC 606, leading policies, monthly close, deferred revenue and commissions schedules, disclosures, forecasting, internal controls, process improvements, and audit coordination. Provide frontline IT support by owning helpdesk tickets, deploying and configuring laptops and peripherals, managing assets, provisioning and decommissioning user accounts, supporting identity/SSO and Jamf endpoint workflows, assisting with AI tool enablement, maintaining documentation, supporting platform projects, and performing on-call duties as needed.

Sell Hootsuite enterprise solutions end-to-end to new customers within landmark industries. Prospect and build outbound pipeline, demo products, respond to RFPs, negotiate and close deals, collaborate with pre/post-sales and SDRs, track activity in Salesforce, and support customer handoffs and expansion strategies to meet quota.

Own full sales cycle to acquire new enterprise customers, build and execute territory and outbound strategies, manage complex evaluations and negotiations, present to C-suite, handle RFP/RFI and security/privacy reviews, coordinate with pre/post-sales teams, and track activities in Salesforce, Sales Navigator and 6Sense to meet quota.
