Supervises exception management and business support activities within Revenue Management. Develops and monitors pricing recommendations, guardrails, and margin-enhancement programs; analyzes data, deal economics, and pricing strategies; manages pricing processes, systems, controls, audits, chargebacks, rebates, and fees. Collaborates with IT, Marketing, Finance, and other functions to implement process and system improvements and communicates pricing insights and profitability opportunities.

Supervise and develop analysts, drive process improvements and automation, maintain visibility of value streams, collaborate cross-functionally, and support vendor and customer contract administration.

Administers and architects IBM i environments across IBM Power Systems, managing partitions, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, high availability, security, performance, storage, and integrations. Develops automation with CL, SQL, and RPG; supports IBM MQ, APIs, cloud platforms, and open-source technologies. Serves as the highest technical escalation point, leads root-cause analysis, participates in on-call support, and manages infrastructure changes, modernization initiatives, documentation, and compliance.

Lead end-to-end process mapping and analysis using BPMN and process/task-mining tools to identify inefficiencies, create As-Is/To-Be documentation, define BRDs, model future-state scenarios, and drive cross-functional implementation with executive reporting.

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of end-user support staff, enforce policies and procedures, ensure team compliance with guidelines, make operational decisions affecting the unit and customers, and interact with subordinates, customers, and peers to exchange information and resolve basic issues.

Administer and support Microsoft 365 productivity platforms, resolve escalated technical issues, design permanent solutions and automations, lead projects, deliver trainings, create reports, and collaborate across teams to improve service stability.

Administer, monitor, and support Java applications and Genesys Cloud. Provide production troubleshooting, minor bug fixes and enhancements, and act as primary POC for Java apps. Develop/support microservices using Java and Spring Boot, perform analysis of system behavior, and apply problem-solving and diagnostics to maintain service quality.

Support and enhance Salesforce-based applications across multiple clouds (eComm, Marketing, Health Cloud). Develop technical solutions, maintain and configure applications, collaborate with business stakeholders, and work on complex projects while mentoring junior staff.
