Coordinate end-to-end planning for Tech Max upgrades: schedule installations and clinical training, engage stakeholders, monitor work orders and resource plans, resolve issues, drive continuous improvement and support operational excellence.

Field service role installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining multimodality medical equipment at customer sites. Provide exceptional customer service, complete PMs, FCOs, installations, and documentation, escalate issues appropriately, and adhere to regulatory, safety, and training requirements. Cross-train across modalities including imaging systems.

Lead design and implementation of complex hospital patient-monitoring and enterprise IT networks. Act as technical advisor on architecture and interoperability, diagnose and resolve advanced network performance and connectivity issues (QoS), coordinate cross-functional installation teams, and oversee delivery of software evolution services while ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance. Role requires field work with significant travel and bilingual communication.
