Perform credit underwriting and portfolio management for diversified industrial borrowers. Prepare detailed credit analyses and applications, assess corporate and industry risk, monitor portfolio performance and covenants, support new transaction underwriting and structured credit, coordinate across deal teams, conduct site visits, and ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.

Lead enterprise-wide business process transformation and EUC governance in a regulated banking environment. Assess current-state processes, design future-state operating models, modernize analytics (Power BI) and automation (Power Platform, ServiceNow), drive remediation of spreadsheet/Access-driven EUCs, define KPIs and controls, ensure audit and regulatory alignment, and lead cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable operational improvements.

Perform KYC client onboarding, reassessments, and RFIs for corporate clients. Engage clients and internal stakeholders, evaluate AML/OFAC risk, ensure adherence to KYC standards and SLAs, escalate issues, and support cross-functional compliance and operational initiatives.

Process incoming and outgoing wire payments via SWIFT, reconcile electronic and manual payments, support clearing/settlement and deposit account operations, prepare compliance and statistical reports, handle customer communications, and assist with UAT for system/product changes.

Leads credit examinations and third-line assurance reviews across banking entities in Asia and Oceania. Evaluates credit risk frameworks, portfolios, loan documentation, risk ratings, underwriting quality, controls, and regulatory compliance. Analyzes credit files, financial data, portfolio trends, and management information while presenting recommendations to leadership. Requires extensive corporate credit, risk oversight, audit, and financial-sector experience.

Lead global GSOC service delivery—ensure consistent log ingestion, use case development, threat detection, and incident response. Coordinate onboarding of log sources, manage KPIs and executive reporting, drive remediation with risk and control teams, and implement process and technology improvements aligned with frameworks and regulatory requirements.
