Administer and support business-critical DB2 for z/OS and IMS databases in large-scale mainframe production environments. Responsibilities include database object management, performance and capacity tuning, maintenance utilities, backup and recovery, disaster recovery testing, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, application DBA support, technical documentation, and participation in on-call and production implementation activities.

Build, configure, upgrade, and support CICS Transaction Server regions and IBM MQ subsystems on z/OS. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, manage security and vendor products, apply MQ maintenance, and support disaster recovery planning and testing. Maintain JCL, page sets, channels, buffer pools, and queue management processes. Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and follow change-management and audit requirements in a regulated enterprise environment.
