Provide Canadian business immigration advice and prepare petitions/applications, draft legal documents, conduct research, supervise paralegals, manage a broad caseload, support client immigration programs and compliance, communicate proactively with clients and colleagues, and use firm technology and processes to ensure regulatory and operational adherence.

Serve as the liaison between IT/product and clients to drive adoption, revenue, retention and expansion. Deliver demos and presentations, develop account plans, manage full sales cycle and pipeline, gather product feedback, coordinate projects, and maintain strategic client relationships to influence roadmap and ensure client satisfaction.

Prepare and file Canadian business immigration cases, gather and review documents, communicate with foreign nationals and clients, meet SLAs, compile case data for reporting, and follow firm policies to ensure regulatory and client compliance.
